Before becoming a Personal trainer Sarah was a Teacher for 12 years. Nena Foster of Nena Foster. Food is a trained nutritional chef, cookery teacher, recipe developer and food educator supporting children and families to improve their diet and learn to enjoy cooking (and eating) more nutritious (and delicious food).

Owned by Jill, Five Star Sleepers supports parents with their little one’s sleep. Jill knows what it’s like to be a sleep-deprived parent, it’s no fun, as I’m sure you are all too well aware so let her help you on your journey to becoming a well-rested family.
With 17 years of experience working in childcare before starting her own family, Jill worked in a wide variety of settings, providing her with practical experience and knowledge that she can now bring to her role as a Certified Sleep Sense™ Consultant.

Sarah is a Personal Trainer and Nutritionist (BSc Hons, A Nutr) with over ten years’ experience in the industry and 4 years’ experience of making healthy work within the chaos of motherhood!
Working across South West London and Reading, Berkshire with her team she offers Personal Training, Group Training and Bootcamps as well as bespoke nutrition advice.
Bump and Mind Retreats
Owned by Tahnee, Bump and Mind Retreats offer a Hypnobirthing course, exclusive antenatal fitness programme, nutritional advice and much more all included in a luxury 3 Day Retreat based on the idyllic Isle of Wight.
They want to offer the luxury of a baby-moon while mentally and physically preparing you and your birth partner for one of the biggest days of your life.
Mind The Mother
Mind The Mother was founded by Laura who is a Maternal Coach and Cognitive Hypnotherapist working online, in Clapham, London and in South Croydon, Surrey. Laura has experienced first hand what the strong feelings of overwhelm can do to a family when caring for young children and offers Maternal Coaching as well as Cognitive Hypnotherapy.
People who work with her are committed to their change, they take responsibility for the future they want to get and learn more about themselves and their behaviours. They are willing to let go of the beliefs and behaviours that prevent them to get where they want to be.
The Happy Little Company
Owned by Helena, The Happy Little Company are dedicated to supporting women and their families by helping you prepare your mind and body for pregnancy, birth and beyond! With their roots in yoga, they offer classes that start in pregnancy and continue throughout the journey of motherhood.
Classes and workshops are held in Leeds and Doncaster however, are currently being run online. They also have their very own, free 60-minute online pregnancy yoga class – Introduction to Pregnancy Yoga.
Orchid Doula Services
Founded by Alexandra, Orchid Doula Services is a Birth and Postnatal Doula working within Rutland, Stamford, Lincolnshire and East Northamptonshire.
Her role is to support any and all birthing people and their families before, during and after childbirth. Whether you have a support network around you or are doing it alone her job is to ensure you feel supported, empowered and listened too through such a transitional time in your life. If it’s your first baby or your 5th she will cater her role to fit in with your needs!
Prana Mama Yoga
Founded by Lis, Prana Mama Yoga offers yoga for everyone from bumps to bus pass and beyond, and specialises in supporting women through pregnancy and new motherhood. Prana Mama Yoga writes a regular blog and offers pregnancy, postnatal and vinyasa-based yoga, as well as meditation classes and regular workshops in the Aberdeenshire area.
Founder Rachel knows the challenges and excuses associated with babies and fading fitness levels, and she has the solutions to overcome them all. Rachel offers a variety of exercise programs from individual personal training to effective group exercise classes for both pre and postnatal fitness as well as Zumba and nutrition advice.
