The Mummy PT
Owned by Sarah, The Mummy PT is a personal trainer working with women in Birmingham. Health and Fitness have been a huge part of her life since before having her son but has also been integral to her physical and mental wellbeing and health during and after having him.
Before becoming a Personal trainer Sarah was a Teacher for 12 years. Teaching has given her the skills to be able to understand people, empathise and acknowledge strengths and weaknesses of individuals, and celebrate successes! Sarah’s holistic approach to training will get you on the road to discovering what your body is capable of and to make it work for you.
Bumps Bairns and Buggies
Owned by Jess, Bumps, Bairns and Buggies which is based in Aberdeenshire provides exercise classes for pre and postnatal women. The classes encourage women to return to exercise safely following birth, taking guidance from information provided by women’s health physiotherapists. Face to face classes also provides mums and mums to be with the opportunity to meet other local mums.
Classes are kept varied and fun. The workouts focus mainly on bodyweight exercises, or minimal equipment so that they can be completed at home. Each class has a series of modifications so that all pre and postnatal stages are considered.

Sarah is a Personal Trainer and Nutritionist (BSc Hons, A Nutr) with over ten years’ experience in the industry and 4 years’ experience of making healthy work within the chaos of motherhood!
