Support your body, mind and emotions through the changes of pregnancy. Classes combine stretching, movement, breath work and relaxation to help maintain strength and flexibility, ease physical discomforts and release any anxieties related to labour and birth. Come to meet other mothers, feel confident and enjoy your pregnancy!

Mother and Baby Yoga
A lovely class combining postnatal yoga for mothers to help regain strength and stability both physically and emotionally and adapted yoga for baby.
Tuesdays 10-11pm Midlands Yoga, Tamworth,
Wednesdays 11am – 12pm, Leyfields Childrens Centre, Tamworth
Take time to focus on yourself, stretch, breathe and relax. With specific attention given to the pelvic floor and core, build strength and control from the inside out.
