Hi I’m Sarah, I’m a personal trainer working with women in Birmingham.
I’m 34 and a mum to a wonderful and lively little boy.
Health and Fitness has been a huge part of my life since before having my son, but has also been integral to my physical and mental wellbeing and health during and after having him.
Before having my son my relationship with exercise was unhealthy, it was more about earning food and punishing myself, rather than celebrating what my body can do.
Since having my son exercise and health has taken on a whole new meaning as I want to be the healthiest and strongest mum that I can be, and a good role model.
Before becoming a Personal trainer I was a Teacher for 12 years. Teaching has given me the skills to be able to understand people, empathise and acknowledge strengths and weaknesses of individuals, and celebrate successes!
I will not only be a personal trainer, but I will aim to take a holistic role in being a role model to you, so that I can show you how exercise can be an enjoyable part of your life, and not a burden.
I believe that exercise is not just about weight loss and a healthy diet, it is about accepting who you are and what your body can do for you.
My Holistic approach to training will get you on the road to discovering what your body is capable of and to make it work for you.
